Personal Interests:

Simon has always had a close affinity with exercise and the great outdoors. After playing mostly team sports as a junior, Simon found a passion for endurance sport as an adult. Adventure racing, mountain biking, running, hiking and anything out on the trails is fair game. These days Simon mostly spends his spare time travelling, camping, enjoying water sports and the beach with his young family. He is a great believer in the benefit of physical activity for everyone, regardless of physical injury or other limitations. 'Exercise is medicine' after all!
